err...abt "I'm sorry i don't understand", exactly we said "Maaf,saya tidak mengerti" (good BI), or "Sori, gw gak ngerti (slang). in some conditions and situations we use "tahu" (know) as "mengerti" (understand).
katakan or bilangin = tell it
it's from "kata" and "bilang"
(kan) and (in) are suffix,
